I have two negative feedbacks that I would like to be removed, for the recent one I have already paid back the buyer as well as providing him as much help as possible!

Already paid back! I tried to work him as much as I could, but had a family emergency with my mother having surgery and keeping visits to make sure she's okay.
The 2nd negative feedback is regarding with the buyer thinking I was ignoring him, even though I was away on my computer during that time and I guess he got impatient and submitted the feedback. I tried to contact back to him, apologizing for the late response, but he did not reply back afterwards. No trading was involved for the 2nd feedback!
