Help me remove a negative feedback

I sold a Rift account to Wanux and the account got reclaimed by someone, I tried getting the account back but I ended up giving him a full refund.

I would like to have the negative feedback removed since I resolved his issue.

Im a little confused why the status at top says "pending" and "uncleared" but at the bottom says "refunded".

Im going to wait for Wanux to confirm the refund or if he doesn't post in 48 hrs, I'll assume he was refunded and it will be deleted then.

I already transfered the money to my bank, but it didnt go through yet. So thats probably what it was
