Help me guys for DBL Data Transfer

Yo guys my friends was scamming recently on DBL and the next day on same hour he take it back he enter and a few minutes like 10/15 after the guy take it back again with error code but how this possible ? i was thinking the dbl acc can only enter with a 24h cooldown if someone tell me guys i need a help for him
