Help getting Trust Who Verified?

So roughly 2 years ago, I first applied for Trust Who Verification. Thinking that calling the home address of the verified paypal I have would be enough, I was not prepared for the mapquest-administered quiz that followed, and promptly got rejected(how the hell would I know what the name of nearest lake is?)

I sent an email protesting this, to which I received a reply of 'We will forward this to management' and never heard back from them again.

So fast foward to now, I sent another email to [email protected] a few days ago, no reply.

The website auto-rejects any attempt I make to pay it, and the phone contacts seem to go to a limo(?) service. Any ideas on what I should do?

Call them back and discuss exactly what occurred. They asked me a similar question which I did not know the answer to (or gave an answer that somewhat made sense) and told them that I had better knowledge of nearest major roads, etc. The idea is for you to answer fairly fast and confidently suggesting that you live where you state you do. Any ID can be faked. Don't try to e-mail them or pay them again as they may have simply blacklisted wrongly.

Maybe suggest asking them to mail you something to your registered address and you mail them back with the original note they sent along with some information they request to prove you live at that location.
