Help about verified

I'm new on epicnpc. I try to sell account but i could sold 1 acc. Its to hard so i'm not verified. Buyers always ask me " Are you verified?".
Can i be verified so you know i'm new and and i just have 4-5 message.

Verified could mean one of two things.

1) Paid epicnpc verification which requires id.

2) paypal verified. Which involves attaching a bank account or credit card to your paypal account
