Go to that forum and hit the blue button towards the top left "POST a NEW THREAD" of the forum. Then put "WTS" or "WTB" from that small drop down menu and then put your title in the put what you are selling in the subject box and then hit the Submit new thread and there you go.
Just do not post any personal info.
