Hello, i sell 2.7k subs with monetization, community tab

This user scammed me. I talked to him on Skype, I paid the $80 and he disappeared. Said he would send me the account, but he hasn't. Here's the proof of the conversation and transfer of the money:

It's a bad decision to go first with a new member, specially it was so sketchy selling it that cheap.

Open a dispute thread at least to get him banned. sorry for your loss.

Open a dispute on paypal to get your payment back. also open a dispute here to get his account banned.

How do I open a dispute on Paypal? I only noticed there's an option to call them. Is this what you mean?

Have you made the payment as goods/service or Friend/Family? if goods/service you should find an option like this:

If Friend/Family, you will have to call paypal.
