I'm a first time seller and I have been getting a lot of people who are interested in buying and are posting that mail as the trustwho link. Is it safe to say it's a hacked account and people posting that one are associated with the same group of scammers?

I was contacted by evil3 penguin from a different site, and he used this email address [email protected] as the trustedwho email. However, a quick "show options" in googlemail (also available in most email programs and outlook) said the email originated from p3slh176.shr.phx3.secureserver.net , whereas it should've originated from yahoo.com - tested by sending an email from my own yahoo account).

he also pretended he was codoneckero on this website (that user has very good feedback) but claimed he couldn't log onto the account due to "a problem" to send me a PM.

also he was extremely eager to buy the account - all of this screams SCAM.

tips:
get them to PM you from this website
always check the options on an email to see who it really came from, if any doubt do NOT trade
if they seem very eager to buy, it's a scam.
