Do not make business with him for your own good the account is intact and all is well. As he has a chargeback function for anything under 100 euros on his credit card that overrides paypal. mass deletions of accounts just now, so before you think you buy a account with many legendaries that is cheap (who gives a **** if you cant actually deck them anyway) remember this; another one will come, and another one after that. Because there is a reason why it has its price those accounts will get outed sooner than later.
Understand that legendaries arent everything, its how they sync in a deck and play in the current meta, which these does perfectly. But hey, you might find this one guy that sells really really many legendaries and have golden portraits, it's not like he has botted his account or anything and will get a fast refund or it gets deleted next wave, I am also the original owner of the account and can prove it.
Top Tempo warrior, top zoo for lock, Sjows legends hogger deck that got rank 1 legend, miracle rogue, firestorm control mage, nax midrange legend hunter, Sjow's top legend mage, 9/4 priest tauntadin, ebola druid, crusher shaman, magmaraider2op are some fun decks, you could build most decks, it also has what you need! Total, 18 legendaries. 4 of them class specific, one of them gold, Ragnaros. Heroes of the storm, starcraft2:heart of the swarm digital deluxe, diablo 3 with a paragon 100 wizard, Warlords of Draenor, with 2 level 90 characters priest and mage, priest got top gear on both specs ilevel 550 and mage is at 536 both are pvp geared aswell, the account also has a level 85 Rogue that has the season 4 Gladiator mount.

The only legendary missing that is important in some decks is Cairne. But he can easily be replaced. If need be in most decks even up to legend.
