He bought my Epic 7 account on 30 July and payment still on hold until now

Hello, so sir @Kyoakuma bought my Epic 7 acc on 30 July using Paypal Goods and Service. Then he sent the money to me and i am checked the money is still on hold. I thought it will be okay after 1 day, so i give the account to him that day.

1 days after he bought acc, i pm him again to confirm receipt on paypal. But he said there is no notification on paypal. So i call costumer service paypal, they said its normally take 48 hours before you can confirm receipt. So i pm him next day.

Next day (2 august 2021) he didnt answer me both in discord and epicnpc but he is update his thread. I thought he was busy today, so i wait him for next day.

But in next day on 3 august and 4 august he still not answer me and block me on 4 august. But he still looking for account 2 days ago.

I am do this because, i think its the best choice if the moderator know it. So he can reply or read it. Cause everytime i message him on epicnpc, he always ignore and avoid it.

The money is still on hold until now

Hopefully this time he read this, i only want to him confirm receipt on paypal website. Cause i need the money to paid the hospital for my grandpa.

Please continue trying to contact the user.

I will leave this open for another 72 hours in hopes of a good outcome. If none is forthcoming, he will keep the TWC tag until your funds clear, unless he can give a good reason why he is avoiding both this thread and my PM.

From personal experience, the ‘confirm receipt’ option should appear exactly 48h after the money was sent (through G&S). If the buyer in question won’t communicate, the funds should be released in 7-21 days. This is quite weird, since this theoretically only happens in the first few G&S transaction to build a positive payment history.

He's open dispute now in paypal. He said he not received the acc, but i already give him the acc when he paid it

Give as much evidence as you can and link this thread in the PayPal dispute. PM me on how it plays out.

Also let me know his PayPal address so I can update the scammers info below.
