The Character is a lvl 80 Witch with Occultist ascendancy using a very strong counter to this league: Essence Drain+Contagion.
The build is based on Mathil1's low life Essence Drain character (link below).
BASICS
The character is very strong in clearing and in general a fast paced build to clear through maps. You can clear a whole screen or even multiple screens all at once due to the spreading mechanics of the build.
STATS
The Character has 7700/9000 Energy Shield depending on the aura/curse setup the user prefers. All elemental resistances are capped. The mitigation mainly the Blasphemy setup which uses Enfeeble and Temporal chain as curse auras(this is when the character has 7700 ES, I preferred to use it this way). Enfeeble for now can be replaced by Discipline for the extra 1300 ES, but Mitigation worth more in my opinion. Later on swiching Shavronne's chest and low life build, you can run all three of them.
The character is self sustaining, although to spam Essence drain you will need a mana flask.
I used a Rarity+Culling setup on the Lightning golem to increase rarity by over 50%

STASH
The Stash contains around quite a bit of currencies which this early in the league is a significant advantage. Has an exalt, over 30 chaos and a lot of smaller currencies together with hightier essences, Breach maps, Normal maps, quality gems, jewels, dropped uniques, divination cards and The Consuming Dark dagger that the build will need to move into its next stage. BUILD
Essence Drain has a very good scaling and although without contagion it has limited AoE potential, with it is an absolute beast. Scaling with Projectile Damage, Chaos damage and Damage over time makes it very scaleable.
The high amount of cast speed compensates for the little clankiness that can occur since you are using Contagion and then Essence drain in sequence. In general you keep moving with the character, pull multiple packs of mobs then when they are close enough for the contagion to spread, you just combo the closest one. Once you play a little, you will get a feel for it. Due to the Enfeeble and Temporal chains aura, you rarely get hit.
This should work for normal, champion and rare monsters, they mostly get oneshot with this sequence. There is an additional Blight setup in place for the moment, it pretty much stops monsters for a moment together with Temporal Chains and adds an extra boost for damage if you want to speed up the spreading for a resistant champion pack.
For bosses, there is a Wither Totem in place, keep this up when fighting against elite monsters and there is Vulnerability leveled in case you are not close to boost the damage further.
This is basically a Low Life build that needs a few more items to make the transition, so the full potential of it is still not unlocked. Despite this I cleared quite a few maps without running into any issues with the current CI version and you will basically need one chest to get to it. I made minor changes, but I would suggest that you should follow Mathil1's guide linked below to progress further, almost everything is explained in details here:

All masters are decently leveled, all favor gained while leveling is in tact, nothing has been spent on the hideout yet, so you can customize your own lair to your liking.
