Haven't received Epic Member in over 48 hours

Hello, I bought the Epic Member upgrade around 48 hours ago or so, and I still haven't received anything, even though it says you will receive it within 24. Could someone help me out? Thank you!

It's the weekend. Admins don't generally work over the weekend. Give it some time it will be reviewed.

Sorry, I see the payment and the upgrade appears to be processed, however the actual upgrade was not added to your account for some reason. I apologize.
