Havent logged in months , received false feedback from unknown user.

Greetings, after logging in my account after 3-5 months or so i saw to my surprise someone has left me a fake feedback. Heads up i havent traded within this 3 months span ,i didnt contact or spoke with anyone in here.
Its totally fake, after seeing that 30days have passed and i am the one who must provide info i dont know what to do , i literally havent logged in in months, how can i provide info for something i didnt know happened?

I'd love if you investigate more into it and ask the user to backup his false accusations before banning him

This user is constantly changing discord names.
Help me setup stripe which I understand is my problem.
And I take full responsibility for being scammed.

There’s been a few comments saying that they can’t find on discord. I’m aware as a newly registered account it doesn’t look good on my behalf. I can assure you I’m a frequent buyer of GW2 items.

Fellow trader, its pretty clear you've got scammed by another person. First of all as i've said in my original post i ONLY accept "Paypal FnF" for payment, so me asking you to set a Stripe account(whcih i didnt even know existed as a payment company until now that i googled it) is a no-no.
Furthermore i have NEVER used any other discord name with any other name than my original(and no its not Shejol) . I can prove this through here by asking other Traders + EpicNPC MIDDLEMEN to share the info that i send them.
Lastly, there are no screenshots of payment, it would be nice to see which payment acc you've sent them to cause you certainly didnt send them to me ( i again can confirm my paypal acc through previous TG transactions with middlemen involved)

@EpicNPC CM TLDR: he got scammed by a random guy and blames me, what do we do in this case?

Lets address this one as well, if you are referring to that ONE guy commenting under my Trade post saying he/she cant find me on disc, is because i NEVER posted a discord ID , i didnt even answer to that POST, they're still on "read" here in epicnpc for the sole reason that they didnt have ANY rep which i mentioned in my trade post is a requirement to trade with me:
"Rep is required and Higher-Rep members are preferred and will be chosen first."
