I have been cheated by a user of this forum that still sells account lol.
His name is Jezlad, has several accounts skype one of those that I have is Lee J Essex.
The user name of the account is Plugsz, the user of this forum was made ​​to pay a sum of 20 € in Riot Point Approach to Buy game currency account indicated above ..
After letting me play with the account for a month it is back in possession through a recovery procedure account, although I have changed password and email!

Well this is interesting.

Firstly, I'll have my email removed from the post. In accordance with the data protection act you cannot post that online without my permission

Secondly, I resell accounts. If i'm given an account to sell that is then recovered by the original owner I cannot really do anything about that. Its unfortunate and it happens. I have purchased my own main account. Should that be recovered... too bad. I'll lose it and theres nothing I can do about it.

If you require a refund a polite way of handling the situation is to contact me without the insults and threatening to report to the online fraud police - which is actually laughable.

Secondly, I resell accounts. If i'm given an account to sell that is then recovered by the original owner I cannot really do anything about that. Its unfortunate and it happens.

Sellers are responsible for all accounts they sell. If an account is proven to be recalled you must provide a refund or help the buyer recover and secure the account. Saying it happens and not taking responsibility = permanent ban, so I suggest you contact the buyer and resolve this.

If the OO recalled it, then Jezlad owns Razork a refund. However there is no proof of recall so far so Razork please contact RIOT support and report this account stolen. Post their reply back or post any other proof you have of the recall.

The moron refused a refund when I offered it. He's on some stupid broken English vengeance mission against me personally. Incidentally, I don't think riot give two ****s about some permabanned rage kid having trouble acquiring a new account.

So what more can I do?

As far as I'm concerned this situation is resolved. There's nothing further I can do so either get on with it and ban me or remove this ****e. Also thanks for removing my personal info, you saved yourself some embarrassment with that legal slip up.

So your way of approaching someone with a concern is to inform them that you are trying to get them ****ed for fraud?

Man, I run an arbitrage gig, taking a little off the top of accounts I resell which are sourced locally or online. If you had a problem the correct line of approach would of been along the lines of

"This account isnt working, may I have a refund"

Not

"You've been reported for fraud".

What kind of response do you expect from that?

It's obvious now why you're buying accounts - because you're a ragekid and get banned on every account you own.

You can have your refund but first I want messages sent to riot to state the situation has been resolved in house and I am not a ****ing fraudster.

This case is now closed he has refused a refund once more and now thinks "all my accounts" will be banned. He claims a friend of his is working for RIOT and is going to ban all of my IP accounts and is now on a "personal war".

You cannot buy RP for people without being friends for 2 weeks.

I have no accounts at the moment equal to the one you purchased. I suggested you give me your login detailsl so I can quickly put the money onto your account but you refuted that suggestion.

You'll have to be prepared to wait 2 weeks.

That account has now been stolen by someone that read the info here and the 20 Euro I had on it is gone.

So I've decided he can get ****ed.

let me get this straight

Razork buys a LoL account from Jezlad for $20 worth of RP
To send Jezlad the RPs, Razork uses a level 20 account (Mistercon) which belongs to Jezlad (april 5th)
Login was given. RP payment was made. Jezlad never changes the password back

So almost a month later and you never changed the password? First of all this lev 20 account is worthless and second it's 100% your fault for not changing the password after you got the points. He didn't go and post the login info to the public the next day, it was 3 weeks later. The password should have been changed once you got the RP. Since you didn't I can only assume you didn't care about the lev 20 account because you knew it was worthless.

Jezlad you already agreed to compensaton by giving Razork $20 in RPs. Send the friend request within 24 hrs or you will be banned.
