This deal was not conducted by using trade guardian, so as per Epicnpc rule that buyer and seller should resolve by ourselves.
To shred some context, our reply time IS always within 24 hours from the latest email, customer can spam 20 emails, only the most recent one will be counted and entertained within 24 hours (soon to be 48) as stated on the site.
We are not interested to resolve at this moment since we stated feedback can be exchange/issue when everything is concluded, early feedback could resulted in pre-mature conclusion and no longer receive after sales service and communication.
Trade guardians was not used in the deal, we are not interested to resolved until the feedback is retract or else we will just directly refer to bank and financial third party like many other scammer deal.
