I am mainly looking for vanity geared toons. If you have nice vanity I wont really require much gear. If you have ALOT of vanity I dont care what level it is.
First of all here is the Shaman's Armory
Elemental GS is really 4949 but 4.9 wouldnt fit in the title >.< 3/5 T9.25 / 1 T9. Has Heroic ToC 10 man shoulders and weapon off 25 anub.
Enhance has 2/5 T9 with alot of ToC gear including 2 10 toc weapons.
Resto has 1/5 T9 and is alot of good off pieces
PVP gear isnt amazing but its alright to start off with.
Has Twilight Vanquisher /Champion of the frozen waste / Crusader / The Noble Titles
