All was good and we were selling a wow account. He went first and paid via paypal. i gave him all the necessary account information needed. A few hours later and i check paypal and this guy has filed for a payment reversal with no messaging me and keeping the account.

lets help me out?

Can you recover the account? if yes then please do so. Also you could respond on the dispute tell that he bought a WoW account from you, that might make Paypal decline the dispute refund.

I cant recover the account because the email and all that is changed now, Last night the payment said confirmed and all was fine. and now it is held without notification or the account back. and i have tried to call paypal but i dont know what tosay

You're the OO right? if so you could recover the account by sending id scan next to your face or on a newspaper with the days date and you should also tell them to lock the account until you have full access to it again.
