belt-[belt of blasting]
legs-[leggings of the tempest]
boots-[boots of blasting]
rings- exalted hyjal ring. fused nethergon band
trinkets- icon of the silver cresent, hex shrunken head

also has a very good arcane set with 200 haste 1400 spell damage and 25% crit
