The shaman is very well geared for resto and you will have no trouble getting into an Ulduar guild with it.
In addition to 5/5 T7.5 this shaman also has the T8 Shoulder TOKEN. You can use it to buy T8 shoulders for any set. Other Ulduar items inhabit the neck, cloak, belt, and trinket slots of the Shaman.
This shaman also comes well suited for PvP with a full hateful/titanforged set boasting 850 resilience and the required amount of spell hit for PvP for anyone interested in doing arenas.
For when resto is not your thing, this shaman also comes with an Enh set that is leaps and bounds ahead of many people's mains, including the BIS MH weapon Calamity's Grasp from Kel'Thuzad 25. The Enh set is nearly full-epic and is raid hit and expertise capped.
And to top it all off, all this comes complete with 5k gold. As for the usual criterion: This shaman is on a PvP server and the Xfer is up. It also includes a bit of honor and 4/13/24 of each of the 3 types of badges (Conquest, Heroism, Valor respectively). The account is also active, of course.
