With the current rate of 1:18, your steam level is no where near 400 euros. Its only 70 euros. In fact, 400 euros could get you up to 240 levels. 241 to be exact. Also your account is tagged on SR and FoG for scamming, which might be kinda hard to sell off. One last thing, according to steamdb your account is worth 500$ max, and 200$ with sales. Usually it will go for 1/4 of the price with sales for any given steam account. For your level you might be able to get 80$. Other than that, good luck
