False. This account has been sold to a buyer in the past on markeedragon (when spacebomb 'quit the game due to rl issues'), who has since then chain traded it in several transactions for some time now.

2x glad rogue... Brutal and vengeful.. 5800 pve 5900 pvp

is just one of the few threads I've dug up regarding the exact same rogue. (if you click on the link, you will find that the professions of Eng/Tailoring match as well)

I know this because I was one of the people involved in chain trading of this rogue that has since then been traded and recalled several times.

In fact I was the guy who leveled tailoring in order to use the frost-weave net in duels as well as the one purchased the ogre trinket.

In addition, I also possess all the info of this account including the SQA. The ID however, was never passed along as when I traded with the original buyer of the account who purchased it from spacebomb years ago, he told me how Spacebomb denied given out his ID due to "paranoia" issues; so do not be surprised if he will not give you any Photo ID this time around as well.

See the below thread for when spacebomb sold his two rogue accounts years ago (an NE, and UD). The UD he sold is currently the BE he is attempting to sell again.
