Given the high rate of scams, I am looking for Western Union payment. I am happy to provide photo ID and talk to a buyer on the phone and otherwise do anything else I can to assure them they are getting a fair deal as I am without reputation, but will request the same from a prospective buyer. Once WU payment is received, account information will be sent via email and email changed as per the buyer's request.
I may consider Paypal with high reputation buyers with verified Paypal accounts at my discretion, but will follow the instructions in seller's guide on these forums. You will provide me with an email address and I will request Paypal payment via an invoice. Once that payment is received and verified, a document that includes the account information will be sent via registered mail to the address listed on the Paypal account. Once the buyer signs for the document, the transaction is considered final.
If neither of these methods are appealing, please do not contact me as I have no interest in dealing with scammers or scamming.
