Male orc. Best set is Protection. Mostly 25 man gear. Walk right into Ulduar and be the main tank of any guild with this guy. He has high expertise and almost 30k hp unbuffed/unshouted. You can get 30k now if you change one or two gems around. There are only 4 items in the game that will be an improvement for this character as prot right now.
Fury/Arms set is roughly Heroic/10 man grade gear. Has Titansteel Destroyer, Black Ice, and Wraith Spear.
Professions-
Blacksmithing 442/450, Mining 450/450. Can make all epic items.
He has all the mats on him (about 3000 Gold worth in addition to the 3,000 and 11,000 above if you want to sell it all) to get jewelcrafting up to 425. This is a possible replacement for mining on him to optimize stats.
