I have used other people's accounts on GW2 myself as long as you have the primary E-Mail on the account bound to an E-Mail only you can access it will be impossible for someone else to login to the account due to the built in IP restrictions. Whenever someone outside the usual IP logs in it will send you an E-Mail asking for verification so you should be safe with that much.
