All infos need to come with the account including:

Name linked to it
CD key
Birthday
Adress
Phone number
Country/city where you usually connect from
Character and account name
Way you use to paid the game
If you buy directly to Arenanet:
If it's paypal, the transaction ID and adress of facturation
If it's credit card last 4 digit of the card and the adress of facturation
The date and the transaction id when you created the account

The account has to be some months old. Doesn't matter what is on it
The accounts WON'T be used to bot/hack/sell gold. I guarantee it.
