He is a scammer, don't deal with him.
He asked via skype to be payed via skrill and i said you have to go first then and provide account info.
He asked then to send 1 euro via skrill as proof i can send money.
When he received the money, he blocked me on Skype!
His email on Skrill is [email protected] and Full Name is Ognjen Mirkovic.
Ahahaha what a poor scammer by the way, for 1 euro!
He is from Budva-Montenegro, i suggest to start collect some euros for him, so he can buy some food
