I can confirm this, had the same conversation, i'm sure that this guy is a previously banned, and he's using a fake proxy. Mike will see.

Moved to scam busters, thanks for reporting this. With a quick look I can see he's using a proxy which is bannable so im sure Mike will get to this when he logs in.
