i recently got in contact with him to remove his email on my account he stole it back this guy is a scammer he stole the account from me and my child who plays on it like seriously who the hell does this

Hello, thank you in advance for contacting me, even though this appears to be a negative message.

First of all, I have not been able to respond to your message on Selly, as I have not used Selly for more than a year. As a result, I was unable to respond to this. I had to log in again to read your message, since I no longer receive automatic notifications.

In connection with your account that you purchased from me more than 2 years ago.
I have never, and I repeat... never had an account taken back/stolen or any other form of take back.
On further research I've just done, I think this is what happened....

Years ago I bought PTC level 1 accounts, I wouldn't remember who that was with (too long ago). I then leveled them up to higher and better accounts. Apparently, as you notified me, you tried to change your email account from the PTC account 12 days ago. But as was described at the time, the email was not changeable!! This is due to the fact that I did not create the original PTC account. So also do not have/had access to the added original email account.
That's why I also warned you more than 2 years ago when purchasing the account to change your password, and link the PTC account to facebook or a Gmail account for your safety!!!
By attempting to change the email, an email will have been sent to confirm the email change. The seller of the PTC 1 accounts will have received this mail and have been triggered by it. Since he has access to the original mail linked to your account, he will have taken it back.

I'm afraid you didn't secure the account yourself as I told you at the time!! I am very sorry that this happened to you, but there is nothing I can do about this.
But don't accuse me of thief, scammer and such... As I would never do such a business!
