We have to remember this is a progression server. Not live. Your value of your account would be fair if this was Vanilla. But we are on a updated/modified progression server.

No ones going to pay $1000s of dollars for a progression server character. It would be silly to do so.

 

$1,300 is way too high. Rank 14 is worthless this late in the game... I'd say maybe $500.
