What is the dispute about?
This scammer contacted me about buying my account on Facebook and then he said he will deal through an international middleman and send me a link to a middleman which was his own account. I contacted the middleman on Instagram and we talked about the transaction and then he formed the group on the LINE and he then asked me to share credentials (middleman) and when I shared the credentials, he unlinked the account from the game and from my email went to find my device option and reset my device and deleted everything from my cellphone and then put the ad here for selling my account. You can check the chat times and the thread was posted here after 2-3 hours. I lost my account and all my data which also had my late father's last pictures. I request you to please look into this.

Account Recalls

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
