Got Scammed

Got Scammed by this guy ''HigherLearning'' and his post 'https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/835138-Selling-lvl-99-mag-def-hp-prayer-03-Vet-with-bunny-ears' I paid him and he didn't give me what i paid for. What should I do?

Use Middleman or do full research for ex. google their skype or email usually something bad will come up if they scammed in the past.

He or she posted 2 threads on the psn accounts or trade. i have the full skype conversation and proof of transaction from my paypal. Didnt send me anything and stopped replying. In the 2 threads haves different skype. the other is gameprince323. be very careful. What can i do more to report this scammer to our community? thanks
