Got scammed on Paypal. I thought I did this right.

I got him to say all that. But he still re-claimed it.

What can I do now to resolve this? Hmm.
 
Nevermind, I just off the Phone With a paypal representative

They said that it doesn't matter by making people fill out that form and sending it since it is a UnAuthorized Payment dispute.

It was bound to happen sometime. [censored].
 
Negative, I had him state that in the Paypal transaction note area.

90$ isn't a huge loss, but it's still one less Christmas present I can get for someone =/

It was mostly my fault, everything felt legit except for that he wasn't a MarkeeDragon member. Said he found my post through a search engine. And wasn't your typical "Ok, you send first" kind of person.

3rd mistake here so far, but I am a little bit wiser now.
