What is the dispute about?

payment of apex legend account that i did'nt got I was Selling him an apex legend account worth of 160$ as we agreed with 160$ he was also selling cheap coins on his discord server so we made a deal i told him to give me 65$ worth of apex coins and 95$ in crypto he said ok he had alot of vouches in discord and also 10 feedbacks on epicnpc so i had to go first i gave him the account details ([email protected]) and then password, he changed the account info after that he told me to send me your crypto address so i sent him my crypto address he blocked me right after 1 hour
(we talked about another account which was worth 330$ but i did'nt had the oge so i did'nt sold him that account (ignore that chat)

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
