We did 8 transactions in the past from sep 23 2010 and went well .Never thougth he will do this stupid action .
In fact he cant win the dispute cuz both of transaction happened at jan 4/5 2011 and 3 of transactions happened at feb13/24.From credit card protect police , he is out of protecting in this point.If he doesnt cancel the dispute , i guess he should be deserved of banning but i m sure i will win the dispute
I contacted him by aim .he didnt reply me even he is online

No delivery was made - I am within my rights. I really don't know what else to provide here.

Other than you should control your army of farming minions better if you're going to have them do deliveries.

This guy is a 100% scammer . Admin/mod ban him then i deal with paypal
 
wowguys you said the value was $400+, how did you get that number from a $42 gold purchase?

MDjellN the screenshots posted by wowguys shows you chatted online, then traded in-game and complete the exchange. It also makes no sense that you would wait 2 months to dispute the payment if they never gave you the gold.

MDjellN you need to cancel the dispute or you will be banned. Deadline is 48hrs.

okay, 42 bucks isn't worth a ban - but a screenshot of an aim "chat log" is pretty weak evidence

So you're beyond a reasonable doubt that he is in the right then? I find that hard to believe.

Either way, I cancelled the dispute but apparently it needs some action on the sweatshop's end to finish it.
 
We're a trading board, not a court. We do the best with what evidence there is, if you think otherwise - post your proof.

some of the transaction happened at jan/feb of 2011 and 2010 for wow gold /cdk and only one happened at july 16 of 2011

He opened dispute for most of the payment yesterday

MDjellN is a big liar /scammer and deserved of banning

i assure you i did.
it takes more time to cancel apparently, seeing as I tried again and it says "That action is not valid."

I really am not sure how long it takes to cancel one of these...but it's been initiated anyway.
 
my paypal said you need to contact them and explain what happened before they lift the limit

I just contacted paypal again they said you didnt cancel it cuz it still shows "the cases initiated"cuz paypal operator can see it clearly if buyer/seller replied or not
