I though it was safe:
he tranfer emal to mine first
and i 'd play for while...
the wise him $135
after wise rightaway, the account I bought got banned instantly, and relogin become fresh account

I decided to drop the case
transaction was done via Wise
there is no way to get my money or account back
and he can easily register as a new member even if he is banned here
