Got scammed buying account, need some paypal dispute help!

Hey,

I just got scammed buying a gw2 account. I forgot to change the secret question of the mail connected to the account and the MM did not do this, so the owner got his account back and is refusing to refund the money. Paid via paypal as goods/services with the comment:
I have already received the virtual goods and I won't do a charge back in the future. I will not dispute the payment in anyway. If anything happens in the future that is my own responsibility.

Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

You can just try disputing you did not get the goods. Try to show as much proof as possible.
This was what I did, you gotta call PayPal. Do it through the phone and 99% of the time, you'll win.
