He then send me an offer on paypal for me to send him money(exactly reversely of what should have happened...

I have send you the only proof that I can, he msged me through email which you can see, I dont know what is his nick on this site... Then I gave him my account informations so he can check that I have the games that he was promised... And then an email was sent to my mail saying that I have changed my password and email...
