Got negative feedback. Do not understand why.

corbeau gave me negative feedback. He also opened the dispute on paypal by asking me money back , but paypal saw that i gave him the acc he wanted to get. So is it possible to remove negative feedback? That acc he wanted to get even was not up in here.
