Got fake negative report!

We do not delete feedback. It has been updated to show the issue is resolved and updated to neutral instead of negative.

Alright the situation was my mistake, the account was temp locked not taken it wasnt his fault if I wanted to delete the post is there a way I can?

WHY IS IT NEUTRAL???? IT WAS BUYERS MISTAKE HE PANICKED AND POSTED NEGATIVE REP WITHOUT EVEN THINKING THAT IF ACCOUNT EMAIL IS CHANGED. HE ONLY GOT EMAIL THAT SOMEONE TRIED TO ACCESS THE ACCOUNT. Agree. The fault is not on the seller side but on the buyer side.
