you should get Aj to post the aim logs of his convo with trigger on here, because atm you have no solid proof other than word of mouth which wont count for much to the admins.

Wow... [censored] is this? I just got notified of this by ajacidic... he messaged me with this thread,

To clear up things I bought the guide from Pmventerprises last night, Tested out his methods but it didn't workout for me. I than waited until he got online this morning to ask for a refund since he stated clearly that ANYONE that is not satisfied witht he profit potential he will issue a full refund to without hesitation. He kept on claiming that he made tons of gold with it and that the profit potential is there and kept accusing me of being lazy. Apparently he is also accusing me of trying to resell his Guide. If you have PROOF please post it.

I would also like to point out that there are several FLAWS in his post. He states that:

-Want to spend an hour a day or LESS to do this?

-Best part? If your not satisfied with the profit potential of my methods, Ill issue you a full refund on the spot without hesitation.

Don't write you will be issuing a refund if customers are NOT satisfied because I asked you politely and even gave you a reasonable explanation as to why. Also you are telling me that it is not working for me because I am "Lazy" when you wrote that people only need to spend an hour a day or less. I spent approximately 8 hours from last night to today testing out your method.

SO PLEASE get your facts straight. . .

Nobody is saying you should not be issued a refund, but coming to me on aim and then talking about his guide since you saw me post on his thread and we talked about my methods of playing the AH. You went on to say it's not much different than his guide and that you'd actually give me the guide for 30 bucks or 1.5k since you didn't think you would get a refund.

Unfortunately, I didn't save the AIM convo, sucks but true. I had the guide in my hands and saw what it entails. I could actually tell you a few things in the beginning that it said to prove that I had the guide in my hands from you. PMV has not sold me a guide and I have not known him until today.

You really need to get your [censored] straight bro and own up for what you did. You know alone what you've done and how you've tried to pawn this off to me.

As you can see I don't condone this kind of behavior. Look at my posts against scamming, I don't appreciate it. I'll get with AOL to reclaim the chatlogs if I can to prove that you're in the wrong and that YOU should be held responsible for this infringement.

EDIT: In before "LAWL YOU KNOW PMV HE'S JUST DOING THIS TO NOT ISSUE A REFUND". As you can see I approached PMV before this guy wanted a refund (I believe) I was interested in his guide and when I first started talking to him after this incident, I felt that he should know his guide was being exploited so I let him know before we did business. Why the HELL would I pick this dude out of nowhere and just claim he's reselling his guide? How would I even know PMV sold him a guide? Sure, he posted in the thread, but how would I know that he decided against it later on?

This guy, above, is lying through his teeth and nothing aggravates me more than him not admitting his fault. PMV is a pretty damn nice guy and alls he wants his justice out of the situation and know that the MisterTrigger was doing what I described above. I don't know if he approached anyone else about it, but I for one won't stand for it. I went along with his game, he sent me the guide over aim, I then stopped talking with him and approached PMV when he logged on.

I myself would like to see some type of proof, preferably chat logs that show the convo between mistertrigger and ajacidic. Clearly showing that mister was attempting to re-sell the guide.

PMV, I also do not understand why you are getting all serious and telling mister that you are going to take him to court and that he is going to have to pay for all the fees? I am assuming you have seen actual proof that this talk between mister and ajacidic actually went on.

If no one has any actual concrete proof then I have no idea where you can go with this... But in my personal opinion, what mister is saying about a refund is valid. The only problem that I see is that anyone could purchase your guide, say it doesn't work, ask for a refund, and get his or her money back. This is where I think you might have messed up PMV, if I were you I would have clearly stated somewhere on that post of yours that you would issue a refund after 30 days only. If the product did not live up to what you say it does, then a refund would be issued. But I cannot find anywhere on the post where it says anything like that, currently it just says if it doesn't work for you I will give you a refund, like mister says. Or maybe you could have even said no refunds will be issued, so nothing like this would ever happen. But thats hard to do when you are first starting out because you need people backing you up and saying that it actually works.

This is almost like CD keys. A person purchases CD keys, says they do not work when they actually do, and the seller gives him new ones or refunds his or her money. That isn't exactly how it would happen, but I hope you get what I am saying. You don't actually know if it worked with mister, but he clearly says that he spent a lot of time on it then you said he was too lazy? I don't think that thats how you should handle things, especially when you are trying to come up with a new gold guide. I probably would have made sure he actually tried to get it to work for him and help him out in game and such, hop on vent, etc.

The other problem that I currently have is that there are not a lot of people raving about this guide. I haven't really found more than one person if that that clearly says, this guide is amazing and it worked for me. If you had a lot of people supporting you and saying this guide is awesome and will work for everyone, I would say a refund would most likely be the incorrect way too handle things. But since you are just starting, from what it seems, a refund would probably be the best idea.

Unfortunately, not realizing AIM 6.0 doesn't auto-save logs sucks, but the most frustrating part is when this guy has the nerve to go about lying saying he isn't reselling the guide. It REALLY pushes my buttons.

I won't deal with the guy personally from here on out, it's ridiculous he thinks he can get away with this. Pure bull.
