5000 or so hours played over 3 years -- I've lost track. All champs, all runes. 16 runepages or something like that.
64 skins, including some that you can't get anymore.
About $100 worth of RP is still cashed on the account, so you can get whatever skins or name changes or server relocations you want. 5 digit IP, but there isn't much else to spend that on anymore.
The account is complete aside from skins. You'll have a sh!tton of them already, but if I don't have a skin for your favorite champ, get a few with the $75 worth of RP still on the account.
Gold 4 now, but the account has been as high as Gold 1 with Plat 2 mmr, for what that's worth. It's all the same below Diamond, though. I never grinded elo -- just played and messed around with buddies. I've played as high as mid Diamond on other accounts, but that isn't what this account is at.
Regardless, give it one game per night for a month, and your mmr will be at your true elo. Ranking doesn't matter anymore unless you just don't want to be in Silver/Bronze elo hell, which this account is not.
