I am currently having trouble logging into my second account I have sent a ticket for them to fix it, the account is active and has no problems but since my reinstall I am not getting the option to Login with my second account but instead am directly loging in with my main account. Hopefully they fix this problem quickly. I have included a picture of My 2 account pages showing that they are separate, but becuase of this I do not have picture of her ingame with gear, only the lodestone. If you want for a temp basis I can get you xivarmory.com pictures of the account they are the exact same just from a 3rd party.
