Can someone tell me what i need to do for 100% full gmail account ?i mean to become mine 100% after a trade...i changed pw,changed phone number/changed email/change pw again/added 2 step protection whit my phone number and he took the account bacK...HOW?

Well as you learned the original creater/owner can always take an account back. Does not matter if you change everything. They still have all original information and original location account was opened. Very rarely will updated information ever trump original information. The times it does is in repeat hacking/account recalls, where the person who proves they are the original owner changes the information.
