I'm not sure what happened with this transaction. He/she wanted me to pay them first before they gave me information (understandable), so I asked which method they wanted me to pay them with. They said Paypal. They gave me their email to send over the money. Which I did, trusting that they would be a decent person and not scam me.

I sent over the money and they messaged me 2 mins later stating that the method I sent it on paypal wasnt what they wanted. So they refunded the money back (all good) then I asked how they wanted me to pay them. After all of that, they said they were just going to keep the account? I'm so confused.
