Be careful of refunds seller continued to take offers on sold account

While I’m sure this seller is respectable 99% of the time I wanted to share my experience. I purchased a HI3 account from the seller, sent payment immediately and first and gained access to account. Two to three days after purchasing the account, the seller reached back to me and asked me if he could refund the account because he had a better offer, AFTER selling the account to me therefore he was still actively looking at offers on an account that was already sold to a customer. In addition that buyer backed out so the seller once again tried to sell the same account back to me at a HIGHER price before getting angry and blocking me when I refused. Be careful when dealing with seller.
