174 Operators in total (no breeze/ethan)
Bought most skins for 6* and some 5* like Lappland, Texas, Nearl.
All 6* operators except for Archetto,
All 6* have core m3 skills except for Aak.
Have the optimal base operators at e1/e2 for base management (Whisperain etc.).
Pretty much all operators are at max trust (200). Only 7 operators are below 200 (mostly the newly released ones).

Still a lot of resources for rainbow 6 and kaltsit + skadi alter
Easy to raise new (or existing) units with a lot of mats farmed as well (354 Aketon, 302 Alloy, 330 Sugar, 191 Blue Rocks, etc.). Can be checked in the attached images.
Chapter 7, 8 challenge mode still uncleared so you can get more OP from them.

Have all event and CC related medals.
