account number 3 with Xiza and Mediena. How do I link the account to my profile if I already have one on Facebook?

Unfortunately, I don't think you can unbind. :( Although, we could try linking it to a dummy email to try it out after deleting the app and see if you'll have the option to continue from a new account.

I started a new game and it’s asking me to link a social account(Facebook, etc) does that mean I can link a new account to start the game off?

Yeah it appears to be so. As long as it's not an account that has been linked to your phone or already used fb/gmail account.
