Scammer

This person is a scammer. I verified his PayPal email before sending him payment. Then I sent the payment to him. And all of a sudden his account has limitations and he is unable to access his money. Then he suggests he refund my money and i make another payment to a different account.. i checked my account and no refund has been issued by this seller. So there is no refund shown in my account. So I denied his request to make another payment. And now he's giving me the runaround about this whole transaction. I have never had any issues with PayPal before and other sellers on this site. But this is a hard lesson i had to learn on my end on buying gaming accounts. Please beware of this seller.
