Having a lot of leveled units will also help in other pve contents such as raids, labyrinth, embodiment of avarice or new story/events.

PvP: Master 3 – Grand. You can climb as much as top 200 if you are active or buy passes. (Minimum get 1200 xes per week).
In a nice top 50 guild. (700 xes per week).
