You can always make your payment refundable, so we both "risk". In case anything happens, you can take your money back.

 

Price is discussable, would like to continue in skype(valek1595).
About the rules:
1) original e-mail is used for personal purposes, owner refused to give it away, but e-mail already changed;
3) Not sure about this, have to ask the owner(friend), doubt he ever used wallet code, but 4 last digits of credit card seems possible;
Other points seems fine to me. Already sold many accounts, as you can see in my threads/profile.

 

Price?

My rules:

1) original e-mail and password access;
2) middleman will check both account and e-mail access;
3) middleman will check last purchases and you have to provide at least 1 wallet code, 4 last digits of credit card or paypal ID used in the last purchase (must forward e-mail from steam confirming that you purchased using those info) IF you have purchased stuff in the past;
4) middleman will check if there's a mobile phone attached to the account details and you will have to wipe it out from the account;
5) I will transfer via paypal;
6) middleman will give me the data;
7) you will have your $$$ and I will be happy;

If we agree on price and rules, and you have a deal.

Sorry, but I have been scammed a few times doing the paypal / go first / origina owner reclaim, and learned it the hard way.

P.S.: I will put this in the paypal transfer "This is a payment for a virtual (intangible) item. Physical shipment is not required and I have received the items. I understand that this is a non-refundable transaction and will not chargeback at any time in the future." so you can be sure I won't refund.
